iBMS: from the point list to a shift that can actually use it

Decide which signals truly control plant, who sits the night shift, then name the system BMS or iBMS. Power, ATS and UPS belong on the graphic before cameras.

We freeze the I/O list with the consultant, build outstation panels, prove points live (no demo graphics), and train the actual shift. As-built and licences go to the owner.
