Solution advice: choose the system from the plant, not from a data sheet
VRF versus chiller follows load, shaft space and the operating shift. UPS follows real load and battery room heat. PLC and BMS are two layers — do not mix them in one panel unless the file says so.
- System choice: VRF / chiller, UPS type, building DDC / plant PLC.
- Gaps in the file: priority circuits, earthing, BACnet/Modbus ports, fire and IT boundaries.
- Package boundaries: what Van Hung E&C installs (equipment + install + commissioning), what other contractors hold on the file.
- Isolation programme and temporary power — before a ceiling-close date is promised.
After the survey. The owner signs the direction, then technical design.
No forced brand on this site. Owner specification — full package (equipment, install and commissioning) on one contract.
Site survey
Open the live board, measure tray, read the shift log — price from the plant, not from floor area.
