State, private and foreign partners — technical support from the survey
We work with state and private owners, FDI enterprises and projects, foreign partners, banks, hospitals, civic agencies, and security / defence operators — to approved drawings, including classified systems when the contract assigns them. We survey first, propose a solution, produce technical / shop drawings when contracted, then build.
After handover we maintain and service the plant and support the operating shift. Occupied renovation: isolate one circuit. HVAC, water, ELV, controls and BMS on one team when the file assigns it.

- Survey. Live boards, plant rooms, operating hours — before anyone promises a system.
- Solution advice. VRF or chiller, online or line-interactive, PLC or BMS. Gaps in writing.
- Technical design. Scheme, shop drawings, I/O list, single-line when contracted.
- Install / renovate. By circuit. No whole-building outage “to save time”.
- Handover, maintenance and servicing. As-built, shift training; scheduled visits and a year-2 contract if the owner keeps the team.
