Technical design: shop drawings and the I/O schedule before the panel is built
Field drawings must be readable on site: panel size, pipe direction, bus addresses, start-up sequence. Owner / consultant approval — then buy equipment and cut steel.
- Technical scheme: scope, boundaries, assumptions, owner decisions still open.
- Shop drawings: panels, tray, duct / pipe, outdoor units, maintenance access.
- Power single-line; DDC / PLC I/O schedule; sensor and valve layout.
- Commissioning sequence for chiller, AHU, ATS — before SAT day.
Design does not replace fire-authority approval or a building permit. We coordinate stamped fire-MEP drawings when that package is in the contract.
Site survey
Open the live board, measure tray, read the shift log — price from the plant, not from floor area.

Choose the system, name gaps in the file, fix the fire / IT / cooling boundary.
