Occupied MEP renovation: isolate one circuit, do not black out the building
A core field strength — not a side job. Live plants, hospitals receiving patients, bank branches at the counter, civic offices and live security systems: survey the real board, work off-peak, hand back a true as-built.
On contract
- Power, MSB/DB/ATS, UPS, lighting.
- HVAC on a building that must stay cool — one AHU at a time.
- ELV: migrate CCTV/access cluster by cluster while the old system records.
- Civil works locked to containment and ceilings.
Order we keep
- Open the live board before we price.
- Outage permit: circuit, hours, owner’s witness.
- Parallel feeders when possible; night shift when the contract says so.
- No whole-MSB, whole-chiller or whole-CCTV outage without a written temporary supply.
- As-built on the door, passwords to the named owner contact.
