Not a leftover. Van Hung E&C installs structured cabling, CCTV, access control and racks on factory and office programmes. Containment before the ceiling; devices after paint. Configuration waits for WAN and the staff list — the floor is not held hostage for one circuit.
Typical scope
- LAN, WLAN, racks, point tests, labelled patching.
- CCTV, NVR, role-based viewing, retention matching the signed policy.
- Access control — escape doors unlock on power loss.
- PA where specified; dry contacts to BMS for a partial iBMS.
Taking-over we will not sign “to close the job”
- Undersized PoE — cameras drop by cluster.
- Retention shorter than the signed rule.
- Escape doors that stay locked on blackout.
Rack and NVR power should sit on the UPS package.
