Questions before you send a brief
Short answers. Field detail is in the Vietnamese notes and the process.
What should we send for a price?
PDF layouts or civil / water / electrical / HVAC drawings, the packages you want priced, site and programme. Occupied work: photos of live boards and permitted outage windows. Quantities follow the drawings and the site survey.
Do you take renovation while the building is occupied?
Yes. It is routine work: survey the real board, isolate one circuit, keep CCTV and priority power up. Renovation.
Do you take datacenters and plant rooms?
Yes — technical infrastructure: power, UPS, precision cooling, ELV, monitoring, controls. New-build or live upgrade. We operate the technical plant when contracted. Datacenter.
Do you take the full fire-protection package?
Yes. Pump power, control boards, priority feeders, interlocks; approval-dossier coordination when contracted. Fire logic follows the stamped appendix. Fire protection (M&E).
Do you lock the owner to one equipment brand?
No. Brands follow the owner. Each package includes equipment, install, programming and commissioning on one contract.
Can you take a larger one-interface package?
Yes — plants, civic buildings and site infrastructure when the file assigns one interface. Scope, programme and coordination are written into the quotation.
Which languages do you work in?
Vietnamese, English and 中文 — specifications, RFIs and taking-over records when the owner asks.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
HQ in Hoai Duc, Hanoi. Sites we have taken on include Hanoi and northern IPs, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai.
What happens after we send documents?
We read the pack (or book a survey if there are no drawings), propose a solution, then confirm interface and price in writing. Small complete packs: about 72 working hours. Undocumented renovation: about 7 days after survey. Process.
Do you only install, or also survey, design, maintain and service?
We start at the beginning: survey, solution advice, technical design, install / renovate, then maintain and service. No drawings yet — send site photos. Process.
What do you take under maintenance and servicing?
Both. Servicing: monthly / quarterly — clean, torque, measure, inspect. Maintenance: year-2–3 contract, still in the panel and the software, fault response; call-out time in writing. They can sit on one contract. Scope of work.
Do you take controls and automation?
Yes — a core strength: building DDC/BMS, factory PLC / MCC / SCADA, drives and field I/O. The I/O list comes before the panel is built. Controls · automation.
Plants, hospitals, banks, civic offices — do you take them?
Yes. State or private plants and workshops (including power plants), hospitals, civic offices, banks, FDI enterprises and projects, foreign partners, security / defence. Same technical team; the file follows each owner type. Clients.
