Fire-protection M&E: pump power, boards and interlocks

We take the M&E fire package: priority power, pump boards, ATS/generator for fire loads, cabling, earthing, interlocks, and approval-dossier coordination when the contract includes it. Fire logic is installed to the stamped appendix.

Changes to interlock logic follow a written approval. Witness tests with all parties present. No bypass left in after taking-over.
